Lubricating oil blending process
调合是润滑油制备过程的最后一道重要工序,按照油品的配方,将润滑油基础油组分和添加剂按比例、顺序加入调合容器,用机械搅拌(或压缩空气搅拌)、泵抽送循环、管道静态混合等方法调合均匀,然后按照产品标准采样分析合格后即为正式产品。
Blending is the last important process in the process of lubricating oil preparation. According to the formula of oil products, the components of lubricating oil base oil and additives are added into the blending container in proportion and order, mixed evenly by means of mechanical mixing (or compressed air mixing), pump pumping circulation, pipeline static mixing, etc., and then sampled and analyzed according to the product standard. After passing the analysis, it is the official product.
通常,经炼油厂精制后得到的只有常三线、减二线、减三线、减四线和光亮油(即减压残油经脱沥青、精制后所得的高粘度油料)等几种不同粘度的基础油料。许多牌号的润滑产品常常是利用两种或两种以上不同粘度的基础油组分按一定比例(该比例常称为调合比)混合调制成的,基础组分油的调合是润滑油产品调制的基础。
Usually, after refining by the refinery, only several base oils with different viscosities are obtained, such as atmospheric third line, minus second line, minus third line, minus fourth line and bright oil (i.e. high viscosity oil obtained from deasphalting and refining of vacuum residue). Many brands of lubricating products are often prepared by mixing two or more base oil components with different viscosities in a certain proportion (which is often called the blending ratio). The blending of base oil components is the basis of lubricating oil product blending.

(1)混合油粘度和调合比的计算:

不同粘度的油料混合后,其粘度不是加成关系,而应由下式计算

式中V,V1和V@——混合油1组分和2组分油的运动黏度,(mm2/s);

N1,N2——1、2组分油的混合比例,%(计算时为小数,N1=1-N2)。

(2)混合油性质的变化:

两种以上的组分油调合成所需粘度的油品时,不但粘度不成算术平均值,其它的一些性质指标也没有算术平均性,而一般是偏向于性质较低组分油的性质的情况较多。例如:
When two or more component oils are blended to synthesize the oil with the required viscosity, not only the viscosity does not become the arithmetic mean value, but also some other property indicators do not have the arithmetic mean value. Generally, there are many cases that favor the properties of the component oils with lower properties. For example:
1.不同闪点的组分油混合成的油品的闪点,一般是偏向低闪点组分油的闪点,即呈闪点下降现象。
1. The flash point of oil products mixed with component oils with different flash points is generally inclined to the flash point of component oils with low flash point, that is, the flash point decreases.
2.不同凝点的组分油混合成的油品的凝点,一般偏于高凝点组分油的凝点,即凝点上升现象。

3.不同粘度指数的组分油混合成的油品的粘度指数一般都偏向高粘度指数分组油的粘度指数。在一定范围内还表现出一定的可加性,即为粘度指数上升现象。
