1、触变性

润滑脂基本的特点是触变性。在施加外力时,润滑脂的流动逐渐变软,表现出粘度降低,但一旦处于静止状态,经过一段时间(短)后,稠度再次增加(恢复),称为触变性。润滑脂的这一特性决定了它可以在不适合润滑油的部位进行润滑,并显示出其优异的性能。

氧化稳定性是指润滑脂在长期储存或长期高温下使用时抵抗热氧的能力,保持其性质不发生变化。由于氧化,游离碱含量降低或游离有机酸含量增加,滴点降低,外观颜色变深,异味、稠度和强度极限,相似粘度降低,产生腐蚀性产物和破坏润滑脂结构的物质,导致皂油分离。因此,在润滑脂的长期储存中,应储存在干燥通风的环境中,以防止日晒,并定期检查游离碱或游离有机酸、腐蚀性等项目的变化,以确保其质量和性能。
