齿轮润滑油和脂的区别?

润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分、润滑脂主要是由稠化剂、基础油、添加剂三部分组成。一般润滑脂中稠化剂含量约为10%-20%,基础油含量约为75%-90%,添加剂及填料的含量在5%以下。

3.添加剂与填料一类添加剂是润滑脂所待有的,叫胶溶剂,它使油皂结合更加稳定,如甘油与水等。钙基润滑脂中一旦失去水,其结构就完全被破坏,不能成脂,如甘油在钠基润滑脂中可以调节脂的稠度。另一类添加剂和润滑油中的一样,如抗氧、抗磨和防锈剂等,但用量一般较润滑油中为多。如磷酸酯、ZDDP、Elco极压抗磨剂、复合剂、滴点提高剂等。有时,为了提高润滑脂抵抗流失和增强润滑的能力,常添加一些石墨、二硫化钼和碳黑等作为填料。

Such as phosphate ester, ZDDP, Elco extreme pressure antiwear agent, compound agent, drop point improver, etc. Sometimes, graphite, molybdenum disulfide and carbon black are often added as fillers in order to improve the ability of lubricating grease to resist loss and enhance lubrication.
